Independent pros. Pros we introduce are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee their work, and we do not set or guarantee their prices or availability. You choose whether to hire a pro and you contract with them directly. Confirm registration, insurance, scope, and price yourself.

Referral compensation. Pros may pay Trim & Truss when we refer a homeowner to them. This does not change the figures or advice in our guides.

Information is general. Cost figures are published national averages and survey results with sources linked on each page. They are not quotes. Rules, permits, and prices vary by property, town, and pro. Content may be out of date or incomplete. Use it as a starting point.

No guarantee of a match. Submitting a request does not guarantee an introduction, a quote, or availability. Our network is still growing.

Contact consent. By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you about your request and may share it with an independent local pro who may contact you by phone, text, or email, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Your use of the site. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or probe it, or submit false or someone else’s information.

Photos and content. Photographs are used under the licenses listed on the photo credits page. Our own text may be quoted briefly with a link back to the source page.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Trim & Truss is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from any pro you meet through it.

Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
